About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Windows & Doors Surveyor to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every installation runs smoothly, from precise measurements and accurate product specifications to clear communication with customers and fitting teams.

This is an opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in getting the details right and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate and detailed surveys for windows, doors, conservatories, and related home improvement products
  • Liaise with customers to confirm design choices, finishes, and installation details
  • Produce precise measurements, drawings, and notes for production and installation teams
  • Identify and report any technical or structural issues before installation
  • Ensure all installations comply with building regulations, FENSA standards, and company policies
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and customer care
  • Work closely with office and fitting teams to ensure projects are completed to specification and on time.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door surveying
  • Strong technical knowledge of PVCu, aluminium, and composite products
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with both customers and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence
  • FENSA, CERTASS, or MTC certification preferred (or working towards)
