About the Job:
The Manager, Partner Technical Consulting is a technical, partner-facing expert who equips Zone's partners with the skills needed to successfully implement and integrate our solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering deep technical guidance on product integrations, data flows, and configuration best practices to accelerate partner readiness. Serving as a key link between partners and internal teams—such as Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success—it ensures smooth, high-quality deployments for end clients. Success in this position requires strong NetSuite consulting expertise, instructional capabilities, and deep technical solution knowledge, with an emphasis on technical mastery over general relationship management.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate technical workshops and hands-on enablement events focused on NetSuite configuration, integration points, and solution architecture.
- Act as the leading technical consultant on Zone's NetSuite applications for partners, guiding them through complex implementation scenarios.
- Support the resolution of deal-specific technical challenges, including complex NetSuite implementation and system integration hurdles.
- Stay current on NetSuite product enhancements and Zone's corresponding product updates to ensure partners receive the most accurate technical guidance.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive technical landscape and NetSuite partner ecosystem developments.
- Align technical enablement initiatives with broader product development and Professional Services strategies.
- Help define the technical requirements for partner tiers and certification programs.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, NetSuite Implementation Specialist, or equivalent technical role where deep knowledge of NetSuite configuration, financial modules, and integration methodologies was essential.
- Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations and/or solution design.
- Mandatory expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem and finance/accounting software; practical experience configuring and integrating third-party solutions within NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Exceptional technical presentation and training skills with the ability to convey complex integration and solution architecture concepts to technical and non-technical partner audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software integration issues and provide resolution guidance.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and documenting technical training materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the technical effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions.
- The role will require customer visits to London or other locations as needed.
