Setting: 3-bed home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Salary: Up to £36,969 per year (including sleep-in shifts)

Sleep-in Rate: £75 per night

Hours: 148.5 – 181.5 hours/month (full-time, rota-based)

About the Role:

Glanstone Care is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in a brand-new, Ofsted-registered therapeutic children's home. You will play a central role in supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, delivering personal care, structured routines, emotional support, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

This is a full-time, shift-based role including overnight sleep-ins. The shift pattern is typically:

  • Day 1: 10:00am – 11:00pm
  • Sleep-in: 11:00pm – 7:00am
  • Day 2: 7:00am – 10:30am(1 day on, 2 days off — subject to change based on the needs of the service.

What You'll Receive:

  • Competitive pay scale: £12.95–£13.87/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
