The Team and Role:
As the Head of Direct Engagement United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI), you are an ambitious, driven Sales leader who leads the B2B high touch account team and drives revenue growth in the region. You are entrepreneurial and demonstrate creative problem solving and excellent ability to strategize, execute, and lead. You're excited to take our B2B Sales team to the next level of excellence.

You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the end customer business and support the B2B business strategy across commercial channels.
You will lead a team of experienced Direct Engagement high touch Account Managers across the United Kingdom and Ireland region. This position reports to the Head of Direct Engagement Europe, and is accountable for the quota retirement in the UKI region.
The role is based at our amazing new Head Office in London near Moorgate. Weekly office presence will be required.

In this role you will:
- Strong leadership and direction for a team of experienced High Touch Enterprise and Commercial Account sellers.
- Be accountable for the performance of all end customer segments, including Strategic Global Accounts, Named Enterprise Accounts as well as Mid Market and SMB. Ensure overall growth and achievement of targets within the region and team
- Hold responsibility for forecasting, reporting, account planning, customer satisfaction in the UKI customer landscape
- Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech's B2B opportunities with end customer business
- Focus on Logitech UKI's top corporate end users as well as Enterprise and Territory Sales within the region.
- Maintain strong executive relationships with the UK's and Ireland's top Resellers and System Integrators to drive customer demand and execute on joint customer opportunities.
- Engage with MSFT, Google and Zoom teams (Alliances).
- Drive the EU B2B strategy across the region and ensure the teams understand the end-to-end strategy and plan.
- Business development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunities within key customer portfolios.
- Ensure the team maintains an accurate project pipeline in Salesforce at all times with the relevant coverage.
- Be a strong Leader, sales coach and role model for our Direct Engagement high touch Account Managers.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, highly motivated, and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals.
- Strong experience in direct people management, ability to recruit, motivate, enable, and develop talent across the region.
- Proven track record of exceeding your sales targets in a two-tier Enterprise solution sales environment.
- Proven experience in a 2-tier sales model, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of successful growing businesses.
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading and running a Sales unit.
- Demonstrated achievements within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.
- Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor.
- Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with customers.
- Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers.
- Knowledge of the video collaboration and B2B IT peripherals market, industry and familiarity.
- A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data.
- Understanding of market trends, assumptions and practices and policies.
- In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
- High degree of persistence and follow-through.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UKI region and to our London head office.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
- The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
