Senior Product Manger - Rewards & Community

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Rewards & Community super tribe at Flutter UKI, working across some of the UK's most iconic gaming brands. If you're looking for a rare opportunity to shape the future of gaming at scale, then this is the role for you

As we accelerate our Gaming growth, this role will be instrumental in shaping and leading our product vision for our gaming community value stream of our Gaming strategy. Community is all about how we build lasting trust, spark excitement and create a true home for our players. Now, we're looking for someone who can take that to the next level and set us apart from the rest

You'll be working with teams across the business to lead and influence our UKI product strategy, as well as individual brands. Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams, you'll set direction, uncover new opportunities, and deliver high impact experiences that continuously improve the customer journey.  Collaborating with stakeholders from across the business, you'll be responsible for discovering and defining new ways in which we can surprise and delight our customers in unexpected ways, with a laser focus on continuous journey optimisation. You'll be comfortable with using insights and data to help drive decisions and will bring the best parts of our Product offering to the customer, ensuring safer gambling is a priority in everything we do.

What you'll do

You should feel confident leading through influence, curious in taking on new challenges, and comfortable in the unknown. As a leader within the team, you're a role model for others, whether proposing a new process or trialling out the latest AI tooling. Technical depth and domain experiences are bonuses, not prerequisites: what counts is proven, data-driven product judgement and the ability to turn complex stakeholder input into clear, customer-centred outcomes.

  • Support and line managing product individuals, offering regular feedback; positively challenging their thinking and approach, ensuring that the direction and priorities of individual teams are aligned to wider business priorities

  • Align your team behind a common goal ensuring roadmaps are focused on delivering value driven by data for our customers and the business with clear success measures

  • Define and deliver a cross-brand roadmap that enables scalable, high-quality experiences across our brands

  • Build strong relationships to explore and test new features or capabilities using in house or third-party tech, helping validate ideas before scaling

  • Work closely with our technical specialists to help unlock the tech strategy, finding the right balance of quality and speed to market

  • Representing the tribe, team and projects with teams outside your own, you'll proactively communicate, manage their expectations, foster trust, and maintain a balance between ambition, doing the right thing, and speed

  • Shape and embed product best practice in your own ways of working and your teams

How you'll do it
  • Hands-on experience guiding cross-functional squads in high-traffic consumer products; coach rather than command.

  • Anchor teams on measurable key results & ROI of initiatives, regularly evaluating product / commercial impact and reflecting in long-term strategy & near-term roadmaps.

  • Translate discovery insights and technical trade-offs into narratives that land from execs to engineers.

  • Comfortable designing A/B tests, interrogating results, and actively pivoting roadmaps on new evidence.

  • Whilst we understand you will not need to code or create architecture solutions, it's expected you know our product stacks and can hold discussions with your tech counterparts to challenge potential solutions.

  • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Customers are at the heart of everything you do – you talk to them regularly, champion their collective voice through your initiatives. You utilise insights across a range of discovery methodologies and behavioural intent to drive decisions that balance business and customer needs.

  • You have strong business, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. You creatively solve problems by understanding the customer and identifying real obstacles and proposing viable solutions.

  • £/€1,000 learning fund

  • Twice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed)

  • Unlimited Holiday

  • Pension contribution scheme

  • Private healthcare

  • Hybrid Working -

  • Access to thousands of Udemy courses
