Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth across various markets. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with strong communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and networking
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximise retention and growth
  • Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment
  • Demonstrable telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software tools is highly desirable
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring organisation and resilience
