Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, world-class service by creating magical and authentic moments for every customer that reflect the Ralph Lauren brand experience.

Build genuine connections with clients, understanding their needs and offering personalised styling and product recommendations.

Demonstrate flexibility and a cross-functional mindset by supporting multiple departments and adapting to business needs across the store.

Maintain impeccable shop floor standards through proactive replenishment, organisation, and attention to visual presentation.

Uphold operational excellence through adherence to store procedures, asset protection, and health and safety guidelines.

Contribute to team success by driving sales performance, fostering collaboration, and embodying Ralph Lauren's heritage of elegance and hospitality.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for client interaction.

Proven ability to adapt across different departments and functions while maintaining consistency in service.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and personal presentation.

Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
