What You'll Be Involved In
:

  • Learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer engagement through live campaign experience
  • Taking on responsibility in day-to-day operations, including logistics, territory planning, and performance reporting
  • Working closely with managers to understand team coordination, motivation, and project management
  • Developing a deep understanding of client expectations and how to deliver results that align with commercial goals
  • Attending strategy meetings and contributing to the development and execution of campaign plans
  • Analysing campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Shadowing senior leaders to gain insight into business growth, client expansion, and multi-department coordination
  • Building commercial awareness across marketing, operations, and recruitment functions
  • Gaining exposure to national and international business events, leadership workshops, and networking opportunities
