We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team here at Seathorne Primary Academy
The ideal 1:1 Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting our children both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.There may possibly be intimate care required in this role.
To be successful you must:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have experience of working with young people or children
- Be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about your position
