About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Trainee Machine Operator, with a willingness to learn how to operate and maintain the TFT machines efficiently, producing Thermacors.
Responsibilities
- Learn the core foundations of the machines in their capabilities and tolerances
- Learn how to operate the machines safely and efficiently
- Operate and monitor machinery under supervision
- Follow production schedules and quality control procedures
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Assist with material handling and setup tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines
- Assist experienced operators with tasks as needed
