What You'll Do:

• Jump into service prep, cooking, and plating up our seasonal specials during relief shifts.
• Adapt to the team's needs: from grilling steaks to whipping up sauces, all while upholding food safety.
• Collaborate with our head chef on menu tweaks and stock management for seamless operations.
• Handle high-pressure peaks with calm expertise to ensure every dish hits the mark.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven chef experience in a fast-paced kitchen (relief or temp work a bonus).
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergens, and fresh produce handling.
• Flexibility for short-notice calls, evenings, weekends, and variable hours.
• Right to work in the UK, level 2/3 food hygiene certification, and a passion for quality pub fare.
