About This Role
Are you interested in building a career in sales and curious about the fast growing electric vehicle sector? Our Trainee EV Sales Consultant position is ideal for someone with some sales experience who is ready to learn, grow and shape their future at Dawsongroup Vans.
As a Trainee EV Sales Consultant, you will help customers explore electric vehicle options, support them through their decision making process and play an important role in expanding our EV offering.
- Work with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable EV solutions.
- Build leads through research, prospecting and local market awareness.
- Support quarterly and annual EV hire targets through consultative selling.
- Learn how to use CRM tools to record and track customer interactions.
- Help educate colleagues and customers about EV technology and charging
About You
You want to build a long term career, you enjoy speaking to people and you are motivated by the idea of helping businesses adopt cleaner transport. You do not need to match every requirement to apply. If you have the right attitude and sales foundations, we would love to hear from you.
- Some experience in a sales, telesales or customer facing role.
- Eager to learn the EV industry and open to training.
- Confident communicating with different types of customers.
- Comfortable using digital tools after training.
- Keen to contribute ideas and grow with the business.
