Dealership Receptionist

TMS Motor Group are an established and successful company currently seeking to recruit a highly professional part time showroom host for their Kia Leicester showroom to work either the Mornings or Afternoons.
This job is part time
The role of showroom host is probably the most important within the business. You will be the first person our customers meet when they walk into our showroom, therefore, it is vital that you are ready to meet and greet them with a smile.
In this role, customer care will always come first to you, and you will take the time to talk to people, building a genuine rapport to ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales and service team. A real people person, putting our customers' needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do focusing on always delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered and directed promptly and efficiently
- Welcoming customers to the dealership & ensuring they are directed to the correct member of staff as well as ensuring they are offered refreshments
- Ensure the customer lounge area is clean and tidy
- Other general administrative duties
Ideally, with previous experience in a customer service or reception environment, you need to be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in both colleagues and customers.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday – Mornings: 08:00 -13:00 or Afternoons: 13.00 – 18.00
