Role Overview
The Regional Content Creation Manager, EMEA is responsible for planning, creating, and localizing high-quality, digitally focused marketing content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning across the EMEA region.
This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on creation, translation, and digital optimization, ensuring that messaging is consistent, engaging, and relevant across all digital and offline channels. Working closely with HQ, EMEA Zones, and Country marketing teams, this position acts as the regional hub for content development — bridging global strategy with regional and local execution to maximize digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Content Planning
- Develop and manage the EMEA content roadmap, aligned with regional campaign and product launch priorities.
- Ensure content topics and messaging reflect both global direction and regional market insights, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Maintain a structured content calendar integrated with campaign activities and key digital publishing timelines.
2. Content Creation & Adaptation
- Create and adapt marketing content such as web articles, product stories, social media assets, digital copy, and multimedia materials for EMEA use.
- Collaborate with product marketing, campaign, and digital teams to develop assets that drive online engagement and lead generation.
- Optimize content for digital platforms (SEO, social, web, and email) to increase reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, technical accuracy, and visual identity standards.
3. Localization & Translation
- Perform and manage translations of marketing content for EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistent tone.
- Adapt content to reflect local language nuances, technical terminology, and cultural context.
- Maintain ContentHub as the central repository and version control system for all localized and translated content.
4. Campaign & Product Launch Support
- Partner with the EMEA Campaign Manager to deliver content packages supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaign-related content is digitally optimized and available for deployment across EMEA websites, email, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with HQ and Country teams to ensure timely rollout and alignment of digital content assets.
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the key contact for content development between HQ, EMEA Region, Zones, and Country teams.
- Build strong relationships with product marketing, digital, PR, and country marketing stakeholders.
- Communicate content plans, progress, and priorities clearly across all teams.
- Collect and integrate feedback from local markets to enhance content performance and digital relevance.
- Lead regular content coordination meetings and share best practices across the network.
6. Agency & Partner Collaboration
- Work with creative, content, and digital agencies when needed to expand regional content production capacity.
- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure high-quality, on-brand, digitally suitable content delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance reviews for external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years' experience in content creation, marketing communications, or digital marketing, preferably within B2B or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and adapting digital-first content across multiple EMEA markets.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging, customer-focused stories.
- Hands-on experience in translation, localization, and content platform management, ideally using ContentHub or similar systems.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles — including SEO, social media, email, and web content performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders across matrixed global organizations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a bonus.
Key Attributes
- Digitally minded storyteller with strong editorial and creative skills.
- Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on creator who balances creativity with precision and consistency.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Collaborative and culturally aware, comfortable working across diverse EMEA markets.
