We are exclusively working with a well-respected animal health company to recruit a ruminant territory manager for Scotland and the Scottish Borders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which pride itself on their culture and reputation within the industry.

As the ruminant territory manager you will play a key role in developing your relationships within veterinary practices and growing the market share of your territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Account management and territory growth:
    Achieve sales targets by demonstrating the value to the customer both clinically and commercially through maintaining & building relationships with your accounts
  • Territory Planning:
    Identify key areas of growth, schedule meetings with key decision makers and manage your time to ensure targets and call rates are met whilst being efficient with your travel and time
  • Reporting:
    Keep up to date with your KPI's, CRM recording, detailed territory analysis and market insights
  • Brand Representation:
    You will become a valued representative of the brand at both internal meetings and external conferences

Key Requirements:

  • Proven success in a commercial role
  • A science or business educational background is preferred, but not essential
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Someone who has a passion and understanding of the farm industry
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential
  • Someone who is customer-focused, ambitious, and self-motivated

Remuneration & Package:

  • Base salary up to £52,000, depending on experience
