Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products and services. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational targets
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts customised to client needs
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation's offerings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, ideally within the relevant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite is desirable
- A recognised qualification in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not essential
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and networking events

Pay: £13,868.66-£56,358.34 per year
