We provide high quality Domiciliary Care, Patient Transport and Volunteer Transport.

Hours of work- Full Time, alternate weekends on a 7am-10pm basis

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such.

As a Community Responder you will carry out the following duties:

  • Meeting the support requirements of our service users in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence
  • Travelling across County Durham to service users homes to assist and provide personal care, meal preparation, hydration and medication
  • Assisting Risk Assessment Officers with care plans and 6 monthly reviews
  • Completion of all relevant documentation
  • Carrying out spot checks including medication spot checks

Rewards Package

Paid mileage – 30p per mile to support our team throughout their shift, from home address (minus the first 3 miles)

Work/life balance – we offer fixed shift pattern and guaranteed contracted hours, you must be able to commit to the shift pattern.

Pay: £13.52 per hour
