We provide high quality Domiciliary Care, Patient Transport and Volunteer Transport.

Hours of work- Full Time, alternate weekends on a 7am-10pm basis

1 year's minimum experience within our sector.
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such.
As a Community Responder you will carry out the following duties:
- Meeting the support requirements of our service users in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence
- Travelling across County Durham to service users homes to assist and provide personal care, meal preparation, hydration and medication
- Assisting Risk Assessment Officers with care plans and 6 monthly reviews
- Completion of all relevant documentation
- Carrying out spot checks including medication spot checks
Rewards Package
Paid mileage – 30p per mile to support our team throughout their shift, from home address (minus the first 3 miles)
Work/life balance – we offer fixed shift pattern and guaranteed contracted hours, you must be able to commit to the shift pattern.
