We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in cleaning or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between multiple sites
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required, including early mornings or late shifts if necessary
