Employment Type: Full-time in the office

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)

Holiday entitlement: 25 days + your birthday + days off for Christmas office closure (often 4 - 5 working days off)

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting a partner and other team members with a range of property matters.

About us

We're a modern law firm based in Cheltenham, specialising in residential conveyancing, commercial property and residential development.

Key responsibilities

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Preparing legal documents, SDLT returns and completion statements
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders
  • Maintaining accurate records using our Smokeball case management software
  • Dealing with Land Registry applications

Skills and values we're looking for

  • Previous experience in conveyancing is preferred but not essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong IT skills + curiosity to use AI
  • A desire to work hard, provide excellent service and progress your career
