What does the role involve?

Reporting to our Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of a highly engaged and forward-thinking team that's always looking for ways to improve.

Within the team you will support an excellent customer experience by delivering automation of new and existing processes using low/no code systems. Ensuring that automation is visible and reportable for the purpose of efficiency and benefits tracking.

This role is a pathway towards product ownership/management where the successful candidate will be able to actively influence the direction of automation within the business.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from our
Staines office a minimum of 2 days a week with the likelihood of this being 3 days per week during training - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Applicants must be located within a commutable distance of our Staines office and be available to work full days on-site.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

  • Promote the use of low/no code tools within Novuna Business Finance — we're looking for someone with the curiosity and mindset to learn and embrace new tools
  • Identify opportunities to use automation to support Business Finance processes
  • Ensure that automation is visible and reportable for the purpose of efficiency and benefits tracking
  • Support and maintain the business-critical automation routines and ad hoc automation routines.

You'll possess a strong capability to communicate effectively across various levels, with an appetite for developing your skills and learning. You'll have an excellent eye for detail and be able to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance the department effectiveness.
