Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: £13.20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are an award-winning, privately owned care company based in Crawley. We specialise in supporting young adults with neurological conditions, brain injuries and learning disabilities helping them live happy, independent lives in the community.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you won't be rushing between multiple clients or performing short calls. Instead, you'll build real connections with one or two young adults, helping them achieve personal goals like moving into their own home, landing their first job, making friends and enjoying life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support
  • Empower clients to build independence and confidence
  • Support with daily activities, hobbies, socialising and appointments
  • Work as part of a friendly, passionate team
  • Full training provided no specialist experience required

What We Are Looking For:

  • A positive, fun outlook and genuine passion for care
  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
  • Compassionate, reliable and empathetic approach
  • Right to work in the UK visa sponsorship is not available
  • Living locally to Crawley, West Sussex
  • Full, valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
