Here at Home Instead Bromley we are looking to grow our team of incredible Care Professionals.. If you're looking for a part-time role which offers flexibility and huge rewards that are not just financial, then this role might be for you. 

You don't even require experience as we will support you with all the training you'll need

What you will need is a full driving licence with access to a vehicle in order to support our clients to the fullest. 

Our Care Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds. You do not need previous care experience as we will provide all the training and support you need to ensure you are confident in your role. We will treat you as the wonderful individual you are and tailor our support to your needs.

We are looking for people who share our values and are committed to enriching lives through high quality care and companionship. We match our Care Professionals with clients based on mutual interests and allow quality time to care with minimum one hour client visits.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Assistance with self-care and taking medications
  • Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
  • Companionship
Qualifications

You will enjoy:

  • A variety of working patterns 
  • £13.00 per hour weekdays rising to £13.50 after 150 hours completed 
  • £13.50 per hour weekends  rising to £14.15 after 150 hours completed 
  • £26+ per hour bank holidays

You must be:

  • Reliable, honest and trustworthy
  • Friendly, approachable and caring with a desire to help others
  • UK driving license with use of own reliable transport
