Are you an experienced, professional chauffeur seeking high-quality subcontracting opportunities with a reputable client base?
We are inviting self-employed professional chauffeurs to partner with us on a freelance, subcontract basis, delivering premium chauffeur services to discerning clients.
This opportunity is strictly self-employed and offers flexibility, autonomy, and control over the assignments you choose to accept.
The Opportunity
We engage self-employed chauffeurs on an assignment-by-assignment basis.
Assignments are offered regularly, but there is no obligation to accept work, and no guarantee of ongoing engagements.
Some subcontractors choose to accept assignments frequently, while others work more selectively — you determine your own availability and workload.
Assignment durations vary and may, on occasion, extend up to 10 hours, depending on the specific client booking and your availability.
This opportunity does not constitute employment. No contract of employment will arise from this advertisement or any subsequent engagement.
Vehicle Collection & Retention:
Where a vehicle is provided, it will normally be collected from and returned to our Stockley Park office. For longer or multi-day assignments, the vehicle may remain with the subcontractor for the duration of the assignment, subject to prior agreement.
What We Offer Subcontractors:
- Vehicle Provided: A vehicle is supplied by our client for use during individual assignments.
- Independent Contractor Status: You are engaged as a self-employed contractor and remain responsible for how services are delivered, subject only to agreed client outcomes and service standards.
- Freedom of Engagement: You choose which assignments to accept.
- Non-Exclusive Arrangement: You are free to work for other clients or companies at the same time.
- Right of Substitution: You may provide a suitably qualified substitute, subject to prior notice and reasonable approval.
Requirements:
- Professional Standards: A commitment to high-quality chauffeur service and safe, professional driving.
- Licensing: Full UK driving licence and a valid TfL Private Hire Driver Licence.
- Technology: Your own smartphone and data for navigation and client-related applications.
- Self-Employment: Responsibility for your own tax, National Insurance, and pension arrangements.
- Medical Fitness: You must remain medically fit to drive and may be required to provide a valid taxi medical certificate.
- Confidentiality: Strict adherence to confidentiality regarding client and business information.
