Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively to minimise downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to identify potential hazards or faults.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
- Experience using power tools relevant to electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring practices, circuit design, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues swiftly.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards at all times. Candidates should possess relevant electrical experience along with the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
