Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time

Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can turn creative ideas into real-world magic. You'll take the lead on delivering large-scale themed construction projects – from the early planning stages right through to installation.

Working closely with our Head of Projects and a talented, multidisciplinary team, you'll make sure every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and lives up to the imagination and quality we're known for.

This role is perfect for someone who's equally at home discussing creative concepts and managing construction schedules – a natural leader who can bring clarity, confidence and collaboration to every phase of a project.

About the Company

At Wild Creations, we bring imagination to life by creating extraordinary themed environments that captivate audiences. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering these magical experiences, working with talented designers, craftsmen and technical experts. We offer an exciting work environment, opportunities for growth and the chance to be part of something truly unique.

If you have a passion for the creative industry and the skills to lead large-scale projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive the entire lifecycle of large complex projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Keep a close eye on budgets, timelines and quality to ensure outstanding results every time.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, partners and suppliers – the person who keeps everyone aligned and informed.
  • Work with our Head of Projects to support tenders, prepare quotations and help present new ideas to clients, communicating clearly and confidently, helping everyone understand the vision and the progress.
  • Monitor budgets, track costs and forecast financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Motivate and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering great working relationships, whilst encouraging accountability.
  • Help team members grow and perform at their best while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused atmosphere.
  • Identify risks early and put clear mitigation plans in place.
  • Ensure all work meets our high quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience managing complex, high-value projects – ideally in theme park theming, creative construction or related industries (e.g., architecture, experiential marketing, live events).
  • A proven record of delivering complex, multi-million-pound builds to time, budget and quality expectations.
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of creative build and fabrication methods (sculpting, painting, fiberglass, 3D printing, etc.).
  • Confident using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Gantt Pro).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and find smart, creative solutions when challenges arise.

Desirable Qualities

  • A professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing international projects or with global teams.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for site visits, client meetings and on-site project management.

What we offer:

  • Exciting, one-of-a-kind projects where no two days are the same.
  • 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off.
  • Extra holiday after 2 years' service (up to 5 extra days).
  • Enhanced company pension contributions.
  • Private medical insurance (after probation).
  • Cycle to Work scheme (after probation).
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • Friendly, passionate team – plus great coffee.

If you're a Project Manager who thrives on creativity, precision and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
