The Role

As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical, high-visibility role
 within a cross-functional team, managing the relationship with one of our largest and most strategic retail partners.

You will have ownership of key categories across both 
branded and private label
, driving initiatives from concept to execution to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. This is a role with 
genuine autonomy and accountability

About You

Must-haves:

  • Strong working knowledge of 
    FMCG
  • Experience in a B2B, customer-facing role
     with 
    P&L accountability
  • High levels of ownership

  • A collaborative mindset and strong team player

Desirable:

  • Experience working with 
    Top 4 UK Grocery retailers
  • Exposure to both brand and private label
  • Understanding of category growth principles
  • Experience managing end-to-end NPD/EPD
     cycles

Location & Travel

You must be commutable to one of the following:

Clitheroe, Crewe, Market Drayton, Ebbw Vale, Nottingham, Redhill (Surrey), Milton Keynes.

This role requires regular national travel, averaging 2–3 days per week away from home
, typically 
1 overnight stay per week
. Expect frequent travel to 
Central London, Redhill (Surrey), Nottingham
, and wider UK locations.
