We are looking to recruit a Passador to join our new team in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic person who has a real passion for customer service.

Job Purpose

As Passador, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation processes in the kitchen and serving meats to our fantastic customers. An essential part of your role will be ensuring that you follow all Estabulo processes and procedures that safeguard health and safety, food hygiene and quality standards.

Ultimately, you'll ensure an amazing experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
  • Assisting with the preparations of various ingredients (such as meats)
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to prepare food
  • Inform customers of menu options
  • Serving food, especially meats, and drinks to customers
  • Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
  • Maintaining a pantry stock record
  • Rotating stock items as per established procedures
  • Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
  • Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good dexterity, as you will be carving meats
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent stress management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to follow all instructions given

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
