OverviewWe are looking for a full-time Content Strategist to join our fully remote team.MissionGenerate high-quality leads through organic content marketing across all of our founder's social media profiles and email.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute on organic content strategy to generate leads & callsPrimary: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Email ListSecondary:Podcast, Threads, XUse Copywriting skills and AI tools to write natural copy-Laser targeted at our Ideal Customer across all platforms-Mimicking and enhancing the founder's tone and voice.Ideate & build "mind blowing value" - lead magnets, with the help of coaching team-Miro Boards, Tables, Processes, Checklists, Systems-Promote them on LinkedIn and other channels-Ensure they go viral, and we get a lot of email optinsRepurpose existing content into new formats like videos, carousels, or emailsManage publishing cadence across all channelsEnsure tracking and reporting of content performance and KPIContinuously refine and improve content based on performance data (engagement, opt-ins, CTRs)Revisions and Quality Control of all types of contentCreate and comment on other LinkedIn Posts of the Dream 100 listEnsure opt-in workflows are functioning across channels and tracked in CRMManage the video editor, designer, or marketing assistant as needed for visual contentDevelopment of platforms, algorithm, best practice of influencers with same target audienceThis Will Be For YouYou are an experienced content strategist with a proven track record of building and scaling Organic Content & Lead Gen systems that consistently drive inbound leads. -> ideally for high ticket consulting personal brandsYou understand the high-ticket B2B consulting & personal brand spaceHave minimum 40 hours of weekly availability -> Full TimeSpeak fluent EnglishAre detail-oriented and drivenConstantly want to learn and improveAre looking for a LONG-TERM position in a company instead of jumping from one idea or business to the nextJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Work from homeJob Type: ContractPay: From £2,200.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
