Trainee Manager

About the Role

As a
Trainee Manager
, you'll learn the foundations of people, performance and customer relationship management while supporting the wider team. You'll gain hands-on experience working with customers, handling enquiries, supporting campaign activity and contributing to day-to-day operations.

You'll receive structured training, coaching, and day-to-day support to help you build the skills and confidence to grow into a successful Manager within Resolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team with campaign management and customer acquisition services.
  • Learn how to manage customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Assist in handling enquiries and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Communicate with customers in-person with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Contribute to team goals, performance targets and overall business success.
  • Participate in training sessions and actively develop your product, commercial and management knowledge.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
  • High level of honesty, work ethic and reliability.
