This will include: Using I.T systems to produce essential documents for our clients care packages  Taking phone calls  Building business with existing customers and new ones to our business too. You will need a proactive approach to your work, excellent organisational skills, have confidence in talking to a variety of different people & a passion for detail. In return for your commitment to the role, we commit to providing you with a wide range of training including, Safeguarding L2/3, Record Keeping, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, GDPR. On your first day with us, we will meet you and give you a tour of our offices. You will then meet the team and have a chance for coffee & a chat with them, to help you settle in. We will provide you with a laptop and phone, as well as a buddy to help you settle in and learn the job fully.Requirements Applicant must either be a driver or have the ability to reach the office on a daily basis.
