The role

To lead CUBE's corporate and leadership communications strengthening how we show up as a brand, as a team, and as individuals. The Senior Communications Manager will drive CUBE's reputation and social strategy, oversee media engagement, and deliver sharp, human storytelling across channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint. Working closely with the CEO's office, regular exposure to leadership, and collaboration with the sales, marketing and people teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Reputation and social strategy

  • Lead the strategy for CUBE's corporate and personal (leadership) reputation across social channels, particularly LinkedIn.

  • Shape and manage content calendars for CUBE's corporate page and senior leadership advocates.

  • Advise executives on digital tone, storytelling themes and professional engagement.

  • Track engagement and sentiment to evolve CUBE's digital presence and influence.

2. Corporate communications and storytelling

  • Develop and deliver content that brings CUBE's purpose, people and innovation to life.

  • Write and edit content across channels — leadership posts, internal stories, external blogs, and thought leadership pieces.

  • Ensure consistency of tone and message across campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives.

3. Media relations and press office

  • Support the creation and management of a press office function at CUBE.

  • Coordinate with external communications advisors and agencies on media strategy and execution.

  • Support the drafting of relevant materials including press releases, statements and responses to media queries.

  • Maintain a media calendar and develop materials (press packs, FAQs, briefing notes) to support proactive outreach.

  • Monitor coverage and report on media performance, themes and sentiment.

4. Awards, events and research amplification

  • Lead communications planning for major events such as CUBE Connect.

  • Support award submissions, analyst recognition and post-win storytelling.

  • Deliver integrated communications around flagship research, including The Cost of Compliance Report.

  • Partner with marketing, design and product teams to ensure alignment across content and visuals.

5. Analyst relations engagement

  • Support analyst relations, coordinating briefings, messaging and content delivery.

  • Track analyst reports and ecosystem commentary to identify engagement opportunities.

  • Build relationships within the RegTech, risk and compliance communities to enhance visibility and credibility.

What we're looking for:

  • 6–10 years' experience in communications, public relations or brand storytelling within B2B tech, SaaS or financial services.

  • Strong background in social media management and content creation, especially LinkedIn.

  • Proven ability to manage press office activity, media queries and agency relationships.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with sound judgment and attention to tone.

  • Confident advising senior stakeholders and simplifying complex ideas into clear, credible narratives.

  • Experience supporting events and awards

  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
