You willhave a broad knowledge of all Practice accountancy requirements includingaccounts preparation to statutory accounts. A good knowledge of corporation andpersonal taxation is of course preferred. You will be running a small teambelow you and can contribute to senior management team meetings and PracticeManagement development for the firm There is genuine careerprogression available in an excellent, professional firm with ongoing trainingand development is encouraged. Excellent working conditions andprospects  Requirements RequirementsWork closely with a variety of clients from sole traders to large corporationsA good grounding of at least 5 years from within a medium -sized Accountancy PracticeWell versed in Accounts preparation, audit, and tax requirementsIT Literate on several packages including Xero and SagePreparation of Client accounts to statutory accountsIncluding Limited Companies, LLP's Plc.Broad industry experience of different types of business accountsWorking with the audit team on the firms' top clientsAttend and conduct client meetings to discuss financial and tax matters.Advising on changes in legislation and implementing new ideasPreparation of Management Accounts and discussion notes relating to past resultsHelp on Cash flow forecasts and business planning.Tax and accounting projects relevant to specific clientsYou should be part or fullyqualified with 4 years + of accounting experience from a small to medium -sized UKaccounting firm. This is a challenging anddemanding position as it requires deadlines to be met and an excellent qualityof service.Benefits As well as the usual salary and holiday package you will be entitled to flexi times if appropriate for starting and finishing.After probation you have the potential to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at homeExtra holidays are available throughout the year.Company PensionLife InsuranceTraining and development encouraged.
