Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an exceptional leader to head our Inclusion Services, shaping strategic direction and delivering transformational change across a diverse portfolio, including Additional Learning Needs, Behaviour Management, Youth Support, Children's Rights, and Safeguarding.

As Head of Inclusion Services, you will lead multi-agency collaboration, and ensure our services are aligned with the Council's vision, values, and statutory responsibilities.
