Location: Leeds, UK
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent leadership skills, and are committed to delivering results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:Act as project manager for Implementation and DR Implementation projectsSchedule and manage required next steps for onboarding both in Implementation and DRBring in appropriate team members from across the business as requiredSet milestones based on customer contracts and agreed upon targetsIdentify risks to successful completion of onboardingCommunicate any delays up to senior leadershipEffectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate these impacts to stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.Confirm appropriate documentation has been updated and logged by the required team members.Process Improvement:Identify areas where the product launch processes can be improvedImprove documentation of the process for delivering the servicesMaintain project documentation and deliver project completion information to the stakeholders at the end of the projectReporting: This position will report to the Product Management Director while the business works through some key product launches. Once complete, the role will move into the Project Management Office (approximately 6-9 months).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in project management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Prince or similar certification is a plus.
