Job Description

This Finance Assistant role involves data processing for the stock, sales and purchase ledgers. It is based in the Finance Department of our Banbury office. It is 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri including 1 hour lunch break.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Data processing of the stock, sales and purchase ledgers for First Line.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required within the Finance Team

Person Specification

  • Good organisational and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Punctual with good time keep timing and attendance record
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet - including basic formatting
  • Confident telephone manner when dealing with suppliers and colleagues
  • Experience of Microsoft AX Dynamic 365, (Finance & Operations) or AX 2012 would be desirable but not necessary as training will be given
  • Experience of Data Entry and/or related finance/accounting experience in a similair role would also be desirable.
