About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our care team in London. This is a full-time role for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and can travel between service users' homes — a driver's licence is required for this role.

You'll provide personal and practical support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and companionship to service users in their homes.
  • Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with mobility and promote independence.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
  • Travel between visits safely and punctually.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Previous care experience preferred (minimum 6 months desirable).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
