A Day in the Life of:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the premises of assigned facilities in a clean and orderly condition as scheduled and according to the pre-determined standards. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums hallways, stairs, office space, etc.
  • Empties all trash receptacles and replaces trash can liners as needed.
  • Restocks all supplies as needed in all restrooms.
  • Cleans sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors/glass.
  • Notifies lead janitor of supplies and equipment that are needed.
  • May perform duties of co-workers as required.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or have acquired a GED preferred but not required.
  • Janitorial experience or experience in cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities/ buildings in a manner that meets job expectations.
