Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques, exceptional customer service skills, and a flair for creativity. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to the salon's success.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Proficiency in barbering techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in store management is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
  • A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is preferred.

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,968.68 per year
