Job Position: General Laborer

Pay: WEEKLY PAY
 
Payrate: $22.00-$24.00 hourly
 
General Laborer Job Summary:
Laborers are focused on the general upkeep and maintenance of our yard/site in all weather conditions. Must be able to function a smart device and adapt to our inventory technology. A typical workday begins at 5:00 am - 1:30pm. Required work hours are determined upon the workload of the day. Work hours vary by site and are typically 8-10 hours per day.
 
Note: General Laborer/Yard Maintenance Technicians are trained in all areas yard/site operations to include pressure washing assets, data entry, inventory management, plastic welding, and driving. Tasks may vary daily and are prioritized upon operation necessity.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pressure washing (50%) and repairing, sorting, and inspecting of waste/recycling containers (50%)
  • Inventory management of waste/recycling containers (including data entry)
  • Operating forklifts is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Requires pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds or more and pushing or pulling up to 450 pounds on wheels.
