Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans based on clinical findings
  • Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with prescribed protocols
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide expert advice and education to patients regarding their health conditions and management strategies
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards
  • Participate in audit activities, clinical governance, and continuous professional development initiatives

Skills

  • Proven experience in patient care across a variety of clinical settings
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making
  • Proficiency in medication administration, including injections, IV therapy, and other treatments
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently whilst demonstrating excellent teamwork skills
  • Organised approach to managing a busy caseload with attention to detail
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with clinical best practices
