Help shape the financial strategy? We want to launch a mental health online membership club to tackle health inequalities by providing free therapy for Black marginalised community and support Black-owned businesses. We're seeking an experienced accountant to join our Board.

What difference will you make?

Your skill-set and input will help build a scalable, sustainable membership platform that empowers Black marginalised communities too often underserved to dismantle stigma by increasing access to culturally competent mental health support led by Black therapists.

Help us to develop a membership platform for the foundation of long-term growth, generating impact-driven reinvest in social good.

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an accountant or finance professional

  • Are passionate about supporting Black-Owned business growth by providing free culturally appropriate therapy?
  • Want to contribute their expertise to shape a scalable and sustainable impact initiative?
  • Strategic Financial Expertise Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and guiding business growth or startup ventures.
  • Governance & Compliance Knowledge Understanding of financial governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborative Leadership Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to support board discussions and decisions.

What will you be doing?

We're seeking an experienced accountant or someone with a strong finance background to join our Board.

We are forming a dedicated Advisory Board of seven members to help shape this online membership club launch from its foundation to KPIs.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills, networks, and insights to directly influence the direction, growth, and sustainability of this purpose-driven membership initiative.
