About the role
Langford Vets is excited to offer a Junior Clinician position in Anaesthesia at our state-of-the-art Small Animal Referral Hospital.
As a Junior Clinician, you will work as part of the Anaesthesia department, gaining hands-on experience and training in all aspects of small animal surgical care. You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive team of experts, including six Senior Anaesthetists, three residents, five anaesthesia nurses and a broad range of other specialists across our hospital.
What You'll Do:
- Work as part of the anaesthesia department, anaesthetising individual cases and contributing to peri-anaesthetic and critical care of inpatients.
- Receive structured training and mentorship from experienced specialists
- Participate in the emergency anaesthesia out-of-hours rota (currently 1 in 4)
- Contribute to clinical teaching and collaborative research initiatives
- This position is ideal for someone seeking further development with the potential to progress into a residency position upon successful completion of the programme.
