Overview

As a Beauty Consultant for Givenchy you are a brand Ambassador, experienced in the retail sector of the Beauty business or similar industry. Your drive to achieve retail targets, passion for the brand, attention to detail and immaculate customer service set you aside from your peers.

Main responsibilities

Have a full understanding of the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution and artistic direction.

Demonstrate your passion for Fragrance, including La Collection Particuliere, Skincare & Makeup.

Achieve all retail sales targets and KPI's: (ATV, AUS, seated services, VIP clients, return appointments etc).

IT literate, able to use various forms of technology to report and record both sales and customers

Implement the Relational Signature in full daily, to ensure we are giving the highest level of service, and reach our brand goals.

Adhere to the merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards at all times.

Must be able to support all major sales and marketing activities in and out of store.

Must support the Account Manager and the Area Manager in the smooth running of the account.

Ensure you are groomed in line with company guidelines.

Work to company and store standards and rules and regulations at all times.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
