The Role... 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leisure Attendant to join our dedicated team at The AquaClub. As a Leisure Attendant you will understand the true meaning of delivering genuine hospitality. You and the team will continuously promote a friendly, welcoming and relaxing environment for both guests and our members. 

Your main responsibilities as a Leisure Attendant include:

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and visibly appealing environment across all the facilities which includes pools and changing rooms. 
  • Ensuring a consistent supply of fresh towels throughout the day and changing room amenities are always kept topped up.
  • Monitoring pool hygiene
  • Proactively assisting guests and members to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Supporting your colleagues as a reliable team member with a hands on approach.

What we are looking for?
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and has a high attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
  • A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar leisure or hospitality role would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, however flexibility is needed as shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
