About the Role
This position will be based in London. In this role, you will help shape and execute Uber's Autonomous Vehicle (AV) fleet operations strategy to enable the scaled deployment of AVs in a newly launched market. You will work directly with AV Tech developers, fleet operators, regulators, infrastructure partners, and real estate stakeholders to drive industry-leading asset utilization and vehicle uptime-ultimately delivering best-in-class fleet economics.
You will regularly engage with senior executives from fleet partners and government entities who are actively shaping regulations for this emerging industry in the United Kingdom. - Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models (ex: best practices, playbooks, analytical reports)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maximize vehicle uptime and optimize operational efficiency to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for the fleet partner, managing escalations and driving resolutions for any operational issues
- Develop executive-level communications and presentations for Uber's leadership to drive key stakeholder alignment
- Work cross-functionally within Uber to align on dependencies, contribute to budgeting and resource planning, define KPIs, and be accountable for market-level performance.
- Leverage data to surface insights and trends-informing creative solutions and translating them into actionable operational plans
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or related fields
- Excellent stakeholder management and project execution skills
- Highly structured, organized, and detail oriented approach to work

- Ability to travel to support a field presence
- Clear communicator, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations
- Possess experience in launching new products or services in existing/new markets
