About Us

At NCS Retail, we provide professional merchandising support to leading High Street Retailers and deliver a wide range of retail services to our partners across the UK.

We're currently seeking proactive, reliable individuals who enjoy working across different areas of the retail sector and are happy to work away from home.

The Role As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting retail operations nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • De-merchandising and re-merchandising stock
  • Supporting multi-route and ad-hoc merchandising projects
  • Re-profiling and shelf adjustments
  • Ticketing and ticket preparation
  • Setting up off-shelf promotional displays
  • Installing point of sale (POS) materials
  • Providing general store support
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace ("clean as you go" policy)

Requirements

  • Willingness to work and stay away from home
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow planograms and work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in retail or merchandising (1 year preferred)
  • Stocktaking experience (1 year preferred)
  • Full driving licence and own transport (essential)
