On Target Earnings (OTE): £26,000+ (Uncapped commission potential)

Your Role

As a Cecily Nail Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional hand and foot treatments, offering expert nail care advice, and ensuring every client leaves feeling truly pampered. You'll have a passion for precision and artistry, a strong understanding of nail health, and a flair for customer care.Your day-to-day will include:

• Manicures and pedicures (including gel and luxury treatments)
• Gel and builder application (BIAB experience desirable)
• Nail art and design work (training can be provided)
• Educating clients on nail and hand care
• Promoting and recommending retail products to support client results
• Maintaining immaculate hygiene and presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Nail Services or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• At least 1–2 years' experience in a salon or spa environment
• Passionate about delivering five-star client experiences
• Confident, professional, and team-focused
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within the Cecily brand
