Job Title: Social Worker – Adult's Mental Health
Location: Blackburn
Rate: £30 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult's Social Workers to join a Mental Health Team based in Blackburn.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide professional Social Work services to adult customers across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services as required. You will manage a complex caseload, demonstrating expert and effective social work practice, assessing, and managing high levels of risk while striking a balance between support and control to protect people from harm. You will chair a range of meetings, offer expert support to case conferences, and produce high-quality assessments and reports. Additionally, you will support families and carers with the aim of improving mental health and wellbeing, promoting recovery, and fostering social inclusion.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK license and have post-qualified experience. It's essential to have a degree level or equivalent in Social Work. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.
