• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to maximize property visibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, legal requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication—ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout the process.
• Stay compliant with real estate law and fair housing regulations while fostering an inclusive environment for all clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the industry; prior property management or legal knowledge is a plus.

• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations better.
