We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team.

In this role, you'll support senior managers in executing client marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

* Collaborate with senior account managers to execute effective marketing campaigns and projects tailored to client objectives.

* Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

* Manage client communications, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within scope and deadlines.

* Support the identification of new business

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or customer services is a bonus but not a necessity.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

* Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
